We have two dogs and an old cat. Let's just say that we love the ability to remove a square to clean it or even replace with a spare (I always buy some spares for this reason.)

I used this pretty floral pattern to create a free form rug in my study. Because it works well in a random pattern I was able to design as I put the rug down, placing tiles where I needed them even though the tiles weren't always in a straight line. This made it much easier to make it fit the space. The result is a beautiful rug that brightens my work area!

Besides the color combo & shade being just what I needed, this type of rug allowed me to customize the shape for a weird closet layout. One tile was defective - I took pics & emailed the company. Within 2 hours they responded to my email with tracking info on a replacement tile. Now that's great customer service! So not only do I have a rug I like I also know this company stands behind their product. Tiles are easy to put together. IRobot can handle it too. Brava Mop does not try to mop it either which is a bonus. Haven't had to clean a tile yet so can't comment on that. But this print does hide a lot. It's soft on my feet but it's not plush & I'm ok with that. Dogs like it. It doesn't come apart when the dogs dig on it either. Hides the dog hair.

I bought enough squares for a few small rugs (near entry doors and in the kitchen). They arrived quickly, and I Really love the colors; didn't realize they would coordinate so well with the pieces I purchased previously in a different pattern (Tailored Touch in Light Blue and Coral) for under the dining table. They are holding up well so far. I am wondering how to best clean them when needed, as the rugs are in high traffic areas.

Will these work outside over a concrete patio? Hold up thru Las Vegas desert heat and sun? If not recommended, would they be okay in the heat if the patio is covered? Thank you.

Verified Reply - FLORHello, FLOR is not intended or recommended for installation outdoors. FLOR is not designed for changing environmental conditions. Fluctuating temperatures, humidity levels and exposure to UV light can all compromise the integrity of our tiles. FLOR does not offer any type of warranty for tiles exposed to the outdoor elements.

Which directional pattern (with the arrows) is suggested in order to achieve the appearance of a cohesive pattern, rather than a random pattern? That is, to have complete flowers, etc.

Verified Reply - FLORThis is a non directional pattern. You can face all the the arrows in the back of the tiles either monolithic, parquet, or random.

Verified Reply - FLORFLOR can be installed in virtually any indoor area that has a clean, hard, dry surface. FLOR should NOT be installed over carpeting or padding*, floors with hand painted or vintage varnish finish, unfinished waxed floors or outdoors. FLOR may be installed over smooth, fully-cured (minimum of 90 days) concrete floors. If your room has an unfinished, waxed, vintage varnish, or solvent sealed floor we do not recommend installing FLOR, as FLOR may cause some discoloration or staining of the floor. If you're unsure if FLOR will work for your surface, call Customer Care at 866.952.4093. * FLOR has a firm, but flexible backing. Installation of FLOR over a soft subfloor or existing carpeting or rugs will cause the tiles to separate when weight is applied to the surface. Existing carpeting will need to be removed before installing FLOR.

Rib Velvet in Wheat, Fully Barked in Chalk, Beige or Tundra, It's Snow Problem in Pearl, Made You Look in Pearl, Slate, Iron or Black, Be Cool in Raffia, Finer Things in Cream, Coming Along in Pearl, Tuxedo Pocket in Pearl, or Tweed Indeed in Pearl.

Verified Reply - FLORFLOR tiles come in 19.7" x 19.7" squares (50cm x 50cm). FLOR carpet tiles are made from two types of backing, Graphlar and GlasBac. Graphlar is made from a Bitumen composite with up to 40% pre-consumer recycled content. GlasBac is a vinyl composite with up to 40% post-consumer recycled content. Most FLOR carpet squares use a GlasBac backing, which is 100% recyclable. FLOR is engineered with structural integrity to "hug" the floor. Plus, the easy-to-use, non-toxic FLORdots that come with every order are designed to stick to the underside of each tile and not to the floor beneath. Using FLORdots secures the tiles to one another so there's no curling, gapping, or slippage. Your design will stay put until you decide to change or replace it.
